1General Terms

KYC verification may be required to process withdrawals or large transactions. This involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on DB Bajee have their own rules. The general rules are outlined below.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded

4Payment Terms

4.3 Currency & Conversion

DB Bajee processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

DB Bajee regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x). Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion can only be claimed once (per person / household / device / IP)
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account

• Bets are placed using the main balance first; the bonus balance is applied only after the wagering requirement has been met

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DB Bajee. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using someone else's identity or false information
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Harassing or insulting other members
• Copying or redistributing site content

If any suspicious activity is detected, DB Bajee may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.

7Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by DB Bajee

DB Bajee may suspend or permanently close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms. In cases of serious violations, the remaining account balance may be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by Member

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

8Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous
